Right after going live on the market, we had 2 very busy days of OPEN HOUSE showings, having over 50 potential buyers coming and viewing the property in person and agents showing the property to their mainland buyers via FaceTime.
This "killer ocean view" 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo was hit with multiple offers and opened escrow within days.
So far we are on track towards successful closing...
