Here is what is happening in Kona, Hawaii.

The median price of condos is +13.5% of last year. As the single family home market, this is the lowest level of inventory. The pace of sales is slower than last year due to extremely low inventory. The absorption rate is less than one month, meaning there is only one month's worth of supply on the market.
