It’s Closing Time!

In Hawaii, pre-closing occurs 48 hours before the official closing, and all documents can be signed remotely. It’s uncommon for our clients to be in town on Closing Day, so don’t worry if you can’t be here—we’ll handle everything for you!

You’ll also receive a New Owner Home Binder from us containing all the essential information: vendor contacts, utility details, property tax information, HOA guidelines, and more. We’re always just a phone call away if any issues arise.

After closing, we’ll follow up to ensure your transition is seamless and to see how we can continue to serve you.
