This initial Buyer’s Consultation is essential to understanding your “WHY”: your motivations, dreams, and lifestyle needs. During this meeting, we’ll also formalize our partnership through a Buyer Representation Agreement, a legal requirement as of August 2024. This agreement enhances transparency by clearly outlining our mutual commitments and our dedicated responsibilities to you, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy journey from the start.
