Miller & Lux, originally established in San Francisco, has brought its esteemed dining experience to Hualālai, replacing the former Hualālai Grill. The restaurant offers a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, complemented by stunning vistas of the resort's golf courses and the Pacific Ocean. The gentle ocean breeze and the restaurant's inviting ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for our special occasion.
The service was impeccable, reflecting the high standards synonymous with both Miller & Lux and Hualālai Resort. We began our meal with Truffle Deviled Eggs, paired with expertly crafted cocktails that set the tone for the evening. Our main course featured filet of beef steak, cooked to perfection and accompanied by sides like grilled asparagus topped with a poached egg. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, exceeding our expectations.
Our celebration at Miller & Lux was a perfect blend of exceptional cuisine, stunning surroundings, and cherished family moments. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this dining experience to anyone visiting the Big Island.
