Here is an update on Single Family Home market as of February 1, 2022.
The median price surpassed the $1M mark for the first time in history.
$1.1M median price is higher than the median price in Oahu( Honolulu, $1.05M)!
We knew this will happen with how Kona’s popularity has been rising.
The inventory is still very tight, but it has recovered a bit.
There was 168 home on the market in January 2020.
The busy Hawaii winter season has just begun, and we have not seen the market let up so far.
