Single Family Homes
The median price went up from last month as well as YTD median price.
The YTD number of closed sales is down about 30%. The inventory is unchanged from last month. Of the 101 homes on the market, 13 are yet to be built homes.
The monthly supply is now 3.9month. There were 180 homes on the market in November 2019.


Just as single family homes, the median price went up from the previous month. The median price is up over 30% YTD.
The inventory is increasing but still very low, with only 41 units for sale. The monthly supply is still only 1.8 months.
