2024 was a year to remember! For Kai and me, being part of the Compass family on the Big Island has been an incredible journey. It wasn’t always easy, but we accomplished so much together in 2024, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Our Compass Holiday celebration captured all of that and more. Held at the beautiful Lava Java on the oceanfront in Kailua Bay, the evening was pure magic. With a cruise ship glowing in the background and the sound of the waves nearby, it was the perfect setting to celebrate with friends and colleagues.
This year’s gathering was our best yet! Compass agents from across the Big Island came together, many bringing their partners along. The room was filled with laughter, hugs, and so many shared stories. We enjoyed delicious pupus, holiday drinks, and great company.
A special highlight was the Islander Sake tasting hosted by Kai and Kumi. They introduced a unique holiday collection of limited flavors, and a few lucky agents even walked away with fun gifts. Everyone was having such a great time, no one wanted the night to end!
Looking back on 2024, there’s so much to be thankful for. Compass Big Island was voted the Best Brokerage on the west side of the island for the third year in a row – a huge honor for a team that’s only been around for four years! Plus, Compass was named the #1 brokerage in the U.S. three years in a row, which makes being part of this family even more special.
As we head into 2025, we’re feeling excited and optimistic. We’re so thankful for our Compass team and the chance to do what we love every day. Here’s to another amazing year ahead!
